Corporate Social Investment

South Africa faces many challenges to achieving its full potential. In addition to investing, growing and developing businesses, Medu Capital plays an active role in the promotion of quality education in the country.

For the vast majority of South African children, access to quality education remains elusive. As a result, Medu Capital partners with selected schools in under-privileged communities for the medium term to assist with improving the infrastructure and holistic student education and care at each of these schools.

Since 2011, Medu Capital, together with the Medu Development Trust, has invested over R5 million in primary and high schools, situated and servicing under-privileged communities, in both the Gauteng and Northern Cape Provinces, South Africa.
